Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the glassware items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original NUDE protective boxing to ensure the fragile glass arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
